The assembly of our slot screens requires highly accurate technology: special electric discharging and laser processing enables the same size and shape as the accurate atypical bar of the bar cross section and support rings are produced by hollowing out circumference maintaining slot width pitches.

In the following illustrations, (B) for high strength and (b) for high throughput. P, H, U and M types are slotted along the center line, and in the case of W and V types, the slots are angled. There are also shapes for special versions. (/in types=inflow types)

Suitable models should be selected depending on the combination of one of the bar shapes listed above and the type of structure (F or T) used.
e.g. A
BAR (H) plus Type of structure (F) for general purposes = HF type
e.g. B
BAR (P) plus Type of structure (T) for large diameter (especially when high strength is necessary) = PT type







This form is unique to our products. Because each gap of eaf, ebf and ecf is big and the latter is always bigger than the former, the closer to the acceptance side moves the material, the lower becomes the passage resistance. Also, two types of bars are used and the longer bar is stronger than the normal type bar as illustrated. By combining these two types of bars, total strength of the basket is enhanced and each typefs feature can be utilized.






Principle and feature


As shown by the analyzing image above, the circulation of high-pressure and high-speed material by the rotor vane generates powerful first vortexes and their centrifugal force sends foreign bodies in the material which are different in cohesiveness, mass or roughness to the rotor vane and the rest to the first stage slits as the first vortexes generate second vortexes, which then send the roughly filtered material by the first slits through the second stage slits. (Both Inflow types and Outflow types can work well with this basket.) The job of sending foreign bodies away from the first stage slits by the powerful first vortexes and grough and fineh filtering by the gTwo-vortex Two-stage slitsh do not only improve gdust removal and fine filteringh process but also prevent the foreign bodies from hitting the fine filtering slits or buffer the shock to the slits, so that the effect of gprolonging the lifetime of the basketh can also be expected.
(Note: There may be some difference when you use different material or when you run the machine under a different circumstance.)

As for baskets using SS (Special selection) type BAR, we offer them under the best possible setting condition based on our Kbsystem, depending on your operational conditions.

H, V, M, P, U, SS: Depending on you operational condition, you can choose among them when the form is (F) or (T) series.
